This research attempts to promote the production of the “sense of community” and show the autonomic characteristics of HO-PU by investigating issues about local environmental protection, historical reappearance and the industrial development. This research also wants to help the residents of this community to cooperate with each other to improve their own economic statuses and social relations. Moreover, it helps the residents to participate in the planning and execution of public works. |
