The thesis is focused on exploring the movements in the operational performance before and after the organizational reshuffle, based on an empirical analysis of the four facets: the distillery’s financial data, profit-making capability, efficiency in asset management and, worker efficiency. We further examine its impact on Kinmen Government revenues and financial structure following the abolition of the monopolistic system and the completion of its privatization. |
