This thesis bases on theories of community adult education and nonprofit orga-ni zation and explores the processes and the achievements of Hsin Kang Foundation in community adult education.The main purposes of this essay conclude: 1.To investigate the roles and the functions of HsinKang Foundation in community adult education. 2.To analyze the processes and the characteristics ofHsin Kang Foundation in implementing community adult education. 3.To interpret the meanings of Hsin Kang case in commu-nity adult education，and its implications to nonprofitorganizations on Taiwan. |
