With respecting to address this paper, probes into three objectives: First, investigating the culture meanings and quantities, theories, forming factors, design principles, and afterward to establish a strategy for school organizational culture. Second, to illustrate current organizational culture environment after studied an elementary school as a subject. Third, to address the proposal for the future research on the relative subject of school organizational culture as for an aspect of education reference to principles, directors, and teachers in their major working areas. |
