In 1988, during the government policy, it was constructing a new highway between Taipei to I Lin. It was started from Nan Kang to Tao Chang. After the complete of this highway in the future, it will be near from Taipei to I Lin. In the future, the opening of Pei-I highway will attract many people to I Lin. This will be solved the housing area’s structure, housing selling market and tourism of I Lin. Problem to solve the traffic, the more needs of tourism activity and development of leisure housing market. It is the price to analysis in the study. |
