The study is based on the book River Landscape Assessment -- Methods and Procedures published by NRA. I tried to put the ideas of landscape space into the classification of landscape character area. Landscape composition and aesthetic elements are regarded as two most important elements in attempt to give prominence to the river landscape character and quality. And also I tried to achieve the classification of landscape quality, which may become a future management feature. |
