The Linkou New Town has been developed for nearly three decades and has been characterized by fine planning quality but slow pace in progress, due primarily to lag of physical structure development. Through retrospection to literature, investigation and analysis, the study will look into contents of planning, development process as well as variation of physical structure development. Through such efforts, it will probe into subjects of substantial construction and, in turn, work out countermeasures of improvement. |
