The reconstruction of the Pu-zih Stream is to prevent the floods and dangers,which can effectively protect people’s lives and property. At the early phrase, ”the soil dike” was the best way used in ecological engineering. However, for the sake of safety, “the soil dikes” which was built first has mainly focused on ecological and usable aspects. How to keep a balance between ecological and usable aspects is the Purpose of this ecological engineering. |
