This study takes the Su-paiwan aboriginal community as an example for case study. Community residents are enthusiastic to community construction, and expect to develop community tour. Questions are and interviewing survey are made to elucidate the callings of the descriptive and statistics ANOVA analysis, and T tests are made and SWOT analysis also conducted. All the results could be a good reference for the community.
