The issue of dietary culture is based upon the research book with the descriptive and detailed information of the Ping-Pu tribes is discussed. Moreover, among all the Ping-Pu tribes in Taiwan, the essay is mainly focused on Tzuojen Shiang. From the natural environment and historical changes, Tzuojen Shiang in the Ping-Pu tribes will be discussed further on its dietary culture.
