By means of collecting the purchasing projects of Dadu Township after Procurement Act executing by open tendering procedures and award of contracts by lowest tender, confer the characteristic of local public projects by tendering procedures. Besides, we count the dimensions and proportion of tender scale, after eliminate huge deviations, then using regression analysis to get the relation formula between base price and budget through statistical analytic method. The results method and formula can be adopted to the later coming project.
