This research first analysis 921 Chi-Chi Earthquake’ enormous liquefaction disaster significance, methods and local soil criteria around Yuen-Lin Area.Base on the geological boring reports from National Center for Research Earthquake Engineering for the Yuen-Lin Area, three liquefaction potential analysis system were applied; the American R.B. Seed analysis Method, Japan Tokimatsu & Yoshimi analysis Method and JRA analysis Method.
