本研究之主要目的為建立山坡地休閒農業區選址評估模式,運用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)請專家學者填寫專家問卷,經由此多目標評估方法,將複雜的問題系統化,由不同層面給予層級分解,並透過量化的判斷,同時減少決策錯誤的風險,有助於對事物的了解,從而找出適當的方案,並以臺中縣和平鄉為實證地區,先行評估山坡地的開發限制因素,再評估休閒農業區的開發條件,並將相關影響因子從文獻回顧中逐一尋找萃取,最後再運用地理資訊系統(Geographic Information System, GIS)套疊各項影響因子所需之圖層,除可輔助選出該地區最適宜之休閒農業區位外,亦可提供決策者做區位分析之用.

The main purpose of this study is to set up an evaluation mode for selecting hillside leisure agricultural site. In this research, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used, and professionals and the scholars are invited to fill out the questionnaires. Through multiple-purpose evaluation method, the complicated issues are systemized. Besides, Hierarchical analysis is made based on different diagram layers. The risk of error decision can be reduced through quantitative judgment. AHP is helpful for us to realize the situation, and make a suitable plan. Thus, Heping township Taichung County is selected as the experimental place.
