This research is primarily focused on the developing process of community museum, and a case study of Tsung-Yeh Arts and Culture Center of Tainan County is targeted. For a long period of time, the author has served as a team member, whose role is to help promote the development of the Center. In this research, the major methods used have included observations, interviews and analyses of the related literatures.
