The subjects of this study are the employees of the Nanjhou Sugar Refinery and the residents of Nanjhou Township. We use questionnaire investigation to understand the opinions of the employees and the residents to the sightseeing development issues. With synthesizing the knowledge between the employees and the residents, we can consider to enhance the sightseeing development of the Nanjhou Sugar Refinery in advance.
