The subject of this study is to examine the key operation factors for wafer fabrication manufacturers in Hsin-Chu Science-Based Industrial Park.The study carried by interviewing wafer fabrication manufactures and collecting second class information. And analyzed and find out what operation factors are playing critical roles in the perspectives of manufacturing, marketing, organization, Research, Finance, and Information.
