This study examined the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on intention to quit of salesperson in high-tech industry. Questionnaires were used to collect data, the target samples were salesperson of IC design industry in Taiwan Hsin-Chu science-based industrial park. 200 questionnaires were distributed with 154 returned; the response rate is 77%.
