The main purpose of this study is to explore the effect of Self-Understanding of Life Education Curriculum on Self-Concept and Purpose in Life of Junior High School Students. The study design to select two classes from a private junior high school's one-grade students in Hualien County. One class as experimental group, the other one as control group.The experimental group was teached by eight weeks of still thoughts teaching on once a week and nity minutes per lesson; whereas the control group was teached as usual without any experiment treatment.
