Nantzuhsien and Laonong rivers, with the same temporal base level, are the major tributaries of KaoPing river. The goals of this study are: (1) Characterize the Nantzuhsien river terraces based on the field data, (2) Reconstruct the history of river behavior of Nantzuhsien river, (3) Interpreate and discuss the geomorphic evolution in Nantzuhsien drainage basin, (4) Correlate and compare the Nantzuhsien river terraces with Lanonong river terraces.
