This thesis intend to utilize the strategic programming method applied in business and academic circle to analyze the operational strategy in Taiwanese local cultural museums, and will use the case of Meinung Cultural Museum to demonstrate the analytic process.
As a result, in this thesis, the author has offered a blueprint for the Meinung Cultural Museum both by SWOT Analysis and TOWS Matrix Analysis method based on her some 10 years experience working in cultural area as well as a comprehensive survey with group interviews of scholars, local councilors, authorities, local historians, journalists, volunteers and local citizens.
