This research aimed ：(1) to investigate the current state of recreational sport participation among adults at five Jia area in Fan-Shan city, Kaohsiung county; and (2) to analyze the constraint factors on recreational sport participation among adults. The questionnaire survey approach was used to collect the data. The three parts of the questionnaire included the level of recreational sport participation, constraint factors, and demographic information.
