The purpose of this study was to understand the Attitude（AT）, Subjective Norm（SN）, Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) and Behavior Intention (BI) when citizens participate in environmental dispute movements toward the Sixth Naphtha Cracking Factory (SNCF) in the Mailiao area, Taiwan. Six hundred questionnaires were collected using stratified random sampling in this study.
