In 1999, the 921 earthquake made Sun Moon Lake had a serious disaster. In the next year, the Administration of Public Affairs to found the "Sun Moon Lake National Scenery Bureau" in order to proceed the planning and reconstructing work. The purpose of this study is conferring the Sun Moon Lake local leisure industry workers' attitudes in toward sustainable development.
