After the entry into WTO, the fragile productivity of agriculture in Taiwan will be affected. The situation will eventually lead to the economic recession. Developing organic agriculture can not only remain efficient productivity of agriculture and economic prosperity, but also maintain the ecology of natural environment which allows it to be accepted by the society. The research region was Hsinhua town, Tainan county which located at the border of plains and hills. The research employed field survey, questionnaire survey and collection of literature information and explored the follows: 1, the development of the organic vegetables farm in Hsinhua area; 2, characteristics of management; 3, extension and flow of cultivation techniques; 4, characteristics of marketing strategies. The above exploration expected to interpret significance of formation and development of organic vegetable industry of Hsinhua area and offered the suggestion for the persistent development of organic vegetable industry.
