This research takes the Chang-pin industrial park in the west coast of Taiwan as the object.This research attempts to offer a transitional tactic for redevelopment through arranging various conditions Chang-pin now possesses, including geography, analyses of current development in industrial parks of Taiwan, and industrial structures. This tactic, on one hand, makes further use of the inherent advantage like that of space and biological resources. On the other hand, it adds novel imagination of spatial function, aiming at promoting related industries with activity, to produce the special aura of Chang-pin industrial park, and finally to provide several ideas for the first phase. |
