The study is based on consumer behavior and market segmentation theories. It explored the touring behaviors of the A-li Mountain Forestry Railway passengers, such as their social and economic background, touring characteristics, riding motives, the expectant touring benefit and the degree of satisfaction. Second, based on the visitors' expectant touring benefit before they riding on the train, market segmentation was studied, and a series initial marketing strategies was proposed. |
