The understanding of rheological properties of the Ar-Kung-Den reservoir ishelpful in the desilting process. Two Kinds of
rheometers, one is a rotationalrheometer and another is a capillary rheometer, were used to investigate the rheological properties of the deposited sediments of the Wang-Lai stream and the Cho-Shui stream in the Ar-Kung-Den reservoir, and the Bingham fluid model were applied to describe therheological properties ( Bingham yield stress and Bingham viscosity ). In this paper, the effects of concentrationsand particle sizes on the rheological properties were presentd, and the differences of these two rheometers were also compared
