This study aims to analyze the resource exchange and interpersonal relations between Hsin-Kang Foundation of Culture and Education and other community organizations in Hsin-Kang County. Nine organizations are interviewed to examine the components, directions and processes of resource exchange, and the interpersonal relations among these organizations. The effects of interpersonal relations on resource exchange are also discussed. |
