In the past, due to the lack of information and poor information concepts, it is hard to divide districts in cyberspace. In this research, the author uses the Network Readiness Index (NRI) to classify cyberspace, and then it is easy to compare the differences in the behaviors of network users among different districts. There are some conclusions which were conducted by this research: (1)The Network Readiness Index could be one of the standards to classify the cyberspace in real space. (2)It shows different behavior mode in different NRD. (3)The development of human mentality will transcend the special dimension and make the final information landscape in unity. (4)Using the internet can help those who live in the high NRD in learning, but it also speeds up the socialization of those who live in the low NRD. (5)The information drop will be expanded by the infrastructures of the internet.
