The research analysis procedures include three steps: sampling of mud volcanoes, tube column cleanup and instrument examination. The research samples come from Wushangding mud volcano on the back of the Yanchao Campus of the National Kaohsiung Normal University, each sample contains liquid and solid volcano mud, the proportion of liquid and solid varies from each sampling.
