The goal of this study is to investigate the relationships among job characteristics, emotional labor load, and job satisfaction. Moreover, the study also aims to know the relationships among the variables by treating emotional labor load as an interfered variable towards job characteristics and job satisfaction. The subjects are elementary school teachers in areas around Hemei in Changhua; 580 questionnaires are released and the retrieved valid ones are 473 copies. By using statistical analysis such as descriptive statistics, variation analysis, and complex recursive analysis, we have respectively measured the relational model among these to verify seven hypotheses claimed in our study. |
