中文摘要 「教育本土化」是全世界教育改革的主流,也是我們推動九年一貫課程的重要政策,本研究即在探討國小鄉土教學活動課程-以金門中正國小鼓吹樂課程與教學為例,採取質性研究觀點進行個案研究,研究的重點為(一)鼓吹樂課程的規劃、實施的理念與方式、展現何種特色與在鄉土教育上的意義與價值(二)鼓吹樂教師教學法及鼓吹樂教材編選與呈現方式(三)學生學習情形與家長意見(四)鼓吹樂課程與教學實施的困境。 
英文摘要 Nowadays, localized education is the main stream of the revolution in education throughout the world. It is also an important policy in the nine-year intergration curriculum. This research aims at discussing the curricula of the hometown courses in the elementary schools --- It takes the curricula and teaching of the ku-chui folk music in the Chung-Cheng elementary school in Kinmen for example. This research focuses on (1) the description of the planning, the goals, the characteritics and the implementation of the curriculum and its meanings and value in the hometown course. (2) how the teachers teach, select teaching materials, and present (3) how much the students learn and what are the opinions from the parents (4) what are the difficulties in the implementation of ku-chui folk music.
