The main purposes of this study were: (a) to construct performance appraisal indicators for Shin-Juang Stadium of Taipei County; (b) to examine whether demographic variables of stadium activity and facility users and providers would have impacts on the users’ and providers’ conception of each indicator significance magnitude; and (c) to analyze perceived indicator significance magnitudes between stadium activity and facility users and providers. The study involved 600 stadium facility users and performance audiences and 80 activity directing, scheduling and managing associate personnel. The data for this study were gathered by questionnaire survey. A total of 640 questionnaires
were returned and analyzed. |
